TOP CLASS ACTION ATTORNEY PRESENTS
PLAINTIFF’S PERSPECTIVE ON INITIATING CLASS ACTION SUITS
LOS ANGELES, CA, January 10, 2007—Drew Pomerance, co-managing
partner of Roxborough, Pomerance & Nye, LLP, is speaking at CLE
International’s 3rd Annual Conference on Class Actions to be held on
January 25-26, 2007 at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Century
City, California. As one of the few attorneys nationwide who has
tried a class action to verdict, Pomerance is providing his unique
perspective on the challenges of trying and winning class action
cases.
Among other things, Pomerance will discuss innovative strategies
