Partners Nick Roxborough and Drew Pomerance were
named one of 50 "Most Influential People in California Workers'
Compensation" by Workers' Comp Executive. RPNA was
coined as
"David to the industry's
Goliath" for its work in defending employers against the
insurance industry. |
RPNA filed a lawsuit against the Los
Angeles City Council, City of Los Angeles, and Board
of Recreation and Park Commissioners, raising question to Los
Angeles’ policies governing city contractors.

RPNA filed a complaint with the California
Department of Insurance (DOI) against Blue Shield of California for
unlawfully obstructing employer access to lower cost health
insurance, citing numerous violations of state insurance laws as
well as the federal tax code.

RPNA successfully certified two class
actions before the Los Angeles County Superior Court, one which
certified a class of approximately 10,000 individuals who had been
denied meal and rest breaks by one of the largest security firms
in the country.

RPNA has received preliminary approval of a
major class action settlement against 21st Century
Insurance Company for overcharging premium if the
policyholder did not have prior insurance. If you were insured
