Biography

David Ginsburg's experience includes handling workers' compensation insurance and employment matters on behalf of employers as well as handling complex business litigation.  He represents clients in workers' compensation audit and premium collection disputes and advocates for them in court if the dispute results in litigation.  He also assists clients with insurer and WCIRB audits and workers' compensation claims reviews.

He has written numerous motions and appeared on behalf of individuals and businesses in both state and federal courts. Mr. Ginsburg is also experienced in handling settlement negotiations and achieving favorable results for clients.

Prior to joining RPNA in 2005, Mr. Ginsburg worked at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith in Los Angeles and Soltman, Levitt & Flaherty in Westlake Village, California. Mr. Ginsburg also served as a legal extern at the Inner City Law Center.

• Successful resolution of workers' compensation audit and premium collection disputes
   
• Handled oral arguments in motions for summary judgment, two of which resulted in successful defense judgments, including reversal of the judge's tentative ruling.
   
• Represented small business owner in successfully reversing small claims judgment on appeal.
