Biography
Bryan S. Doss is an experienced litigator in
complex business matters including tort, employment, and
business contracts. He has also focused his practice on
representing local and nationwide developers and contractors
in complex construction defect actions, insurance coverage
disputes, mechanics’ liens, and collections actions.
Prior to joining RPNA in 2010, Mr. Doss was a partner at the
Green Law Group in Simi Valley, California and worked at
Chapman, Glucksman, Dean, Roeb & Barger in Los Angeles. Prior
to his admission to the bar, Mr. Doss served as a legal extern
in the Ventura County District Attorney’s office.
Mr. Doss has represented a wide range of clients in both
litigated and non-litigated matters, drafted numerous legal
pleadings, argued those pleadings before the court, obtained
favorable verdicts in jury trials, and engaged in numerous
successful mediation sessions on behalf of his clients. |
