Biography

Burton Falk has over 16 years of business
litigation experience, including insurance coverage, bad faith
and defense work.
Mr. Falk has been a partner in two business
litigation law firms and has had significant case management
and supervision responsibility for a variety of complex
litigation matters. His substantive expertise has included
intellectual property, fraud, unfair competition, wrongful
termination, real estate, health care, partnership dissolution
and family law, as well as insurance matters.
Prior to joining RPNA in 2008, Mr. Falk worked
as an in-house attorney and legal consultant for over ten
years at an innovative legal compliance and ethics eLearning
company where he consulted to in-house counsel at many Fortune
500 and Global 1,000 companies regarding critical litigation,
transactional and compliance research issues, both nationally
and internationally. |
